We reserve the right to limit sales to any person or region. Product descriptions and prices may change at any time without notice. We do not guarantee that product descriptions, colors, or images are entirely accurate, as we endeavor to display them as accurately as possible.

SECTION 6 – ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers or distributors. You agree to provide accurate and complete purchase and account information for all purchases. We reserve the right to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

SECTION 7 – SHIPPING POLICY

We offer worldwide shipping on all our products.

Processing Time:

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Tracking:

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees, which are the sole responsibility of the customer. Goldener Wahl is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.

Lost or Delayed Shipments:

Goldener Wahl is not liable for lost shipments due to incorrect address details provided by the customer. Delivery disputes require official carrier documentation. Please contact us at info@goldenerwahl.com for assistance.

SECTION 8 – RETURN POLICY 

  • We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of receipt for all eligible items.

           Eligibility:

  •  Items must be unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in original        packaging.
  •  Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is strictly required.
  • Customized or personalized items are non-returnable once production has       commenced.

Return Shipping Costs :

Scenario Who Pays?

30-day voluntary return (non-defective) Customer pays return shipping.
Defective, damaged, or incorrect item Goldener Wahl pays – we provide a free prepaid return label.

Restocking Fee:

Goldener Wahl does not charge any restocking fees.

How to Initiate a Return:  

Contact us at info@goldenerwahl.com or support@goldenerwahl.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return address and, if applicable, a prepaid label.

Refund Processing:

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving and inspecting your return.

SECTION 9 – INTERNATIONAL RETURN POLICY

The same 30-day return policy applies to international customers.

Important Differences for International Returns:

· Customs duties and taxes paid on international orders are non-refundable by Goldener Wahl. You may reclaim these directly from your local customs authority.
· Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrectly sent.
· We recommend using a trackable shipping service for international returns, as we are not liable for lost return shipments.

SECTION 10 – OPTIONAL TOOLS

We may provide access to third-party tools without any warranties or endorsement. Use of such tools is entirely at your own risk. We have no liability arising from your use of optional third-party tools.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Wiesbaden, Germany.
