At Goldener Wahl, we stand behind the quality of every product we sell. All purchases are covered by our 24-month warranty from the date of your order.

First 6 Months – Free Replacement

If your product develops a defect within the first 6 months of purchase, we will send you a free replacement at no cost to you. No questions asked.

6 to 24 Months – Product Cost Covered

Between 6 and 24 months, we cover the full cost of the replacement product. You are responsible only for the return shipping cost.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim, please contact our support team at info@goldenerwahl.com with the following information:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photos or video showing the defect

Our team will respond within 1–2 business days to guide you through the process.

What Is Not Covered

• Physical damage caused by misuse or accidents
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by unauthorized modifications
