1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is being prepared for shipping.

Note: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

5. Order Tracking & Shipping Partners

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to track your package at every step.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Within the EU: No additional customs duties apply. The price you see at checkout is the final price.

Outside the EU: The recipient is responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes. These costs are not included in our shipping fees and vary by country.

⚠️ Please note: Goldener Wahl has no influence over customs processes or import fees. We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

Your delivery is fully insured. If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us immediately at info@goldenerwahl.com with your order number and photos if possible.

Important: Please report shipping damage within 7 days of receipt. We will handle the claims process with the shipping carrier.

8. Delivery Delays

Should delivery not occur within the stated delivery time for reasons for which we are responsible, we will inform you immediately.

Your rights in case of delivery delay:

You may grant us a reasonable grace period (at least 14 days) for delivery.
If this grace period expires without success, you may withdraw from the contract or claim damages.
This does not apply in cases of force majeure or unforeseen events.

9. Partial Deliveries

We reserve the right to make partial deliveries if this is reasonable for you. Shipping costs will not be increased for partial deliveries.

10. Shipping Risk

The shipping risk is borne by Goldener Wahl until the goods are delivered to you. From the time of delivery, the risk of accidental loss and deterioration of the goods passes to you.
