Right of Withdrawal

  • You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
  • The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the last goods.
  • To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw.

For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

Return Shipping Costs

As a voluntary service, we bear the cost of return shipping.
You will receive a free return label via email or in the package. You will incur no costs for the return shipment.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for:

  • The supply of goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalized (e.g., custom engravings, special orders).

Important: For such products, we explicitly inform you before the conclusion of the contract that the right of withdrawal does not apply.

Important Note on Your Legal Warranty

  • Your legal right of withdrawal (14 days) is separate from your legal warranty (2 years for new goods).
  • The statutory warranty period of 2 years for new goods applies to material defects (damage, delivery defects, malfunctions) and remains unaffected by your right of withdrawal.

Special Rule for Our 30-Day Voluntary Return Guarantee

In addition to your legal right of withdrawal, we offer a voluntary 30-day return guarantee.

This guarantee is subject to its own conditions:
The goods must be unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in the original packaging.

Important: This voluntary return does not have the same conditions as your legal right of withdrawal — in particular, under the legal right of withdrawal, you may inspect and try on the goods without losing your right to return them.

Important for Non-EU Customers

If you are a consumer residing outside the European Union, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to you. However, our voluntary 30-day return guarantee is available to all customers worldwide.
