Refund and Return Policy – Goldener Wahl

At Goldener Wahl, we want you to love every product you receive. If something isn't right, we're here to make it easy — with clear options, fair policies, and zero surprises.

1. 30-Day Free Returns – All Customers

In addition to your legal rights, you can return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. This free return applies to all orders, with no minimum purchase required.

Eligibility:

Items must be unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in original packaging.
A valid order number is required.

Return Shipping:

100% Free: We include a prepaid return label in your package. You pay €0.

2. Legal Right of Withdrawal – 14 Days – EU Customers

If you are a consumer residing within the European Union, you also have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase contract within 14 days of receiving your order without providing any reason.

We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item, including standard delivery costs. Return shipping is free — we provide a prepaid return label.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Defective, damaged, or incorrect item	Goldener Wahl pays — free prepaid label + free replacement

✅ You will never pay for return shipping.

4. Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

❌ Customized or tailor-made products once production has commenced.
❌ Products intentionally or accidentally damaged by the customer.
❌ Items returned without original tags or proof of purchase.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Report any defective, damaged, or incorrect items within 14 days of receipt to info@goldenerwahl.com with photo/video evidence.
We will arrange a free replacement or full refund + we pay return shipping.
This is covered by our 2-year legal warranty as required by EU law.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched and is in transit, cancellation may no longer be possible.

7. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
Please allow an additional 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund after we issue it.

8. Shipping Liabilities

Goldener Wahl is not liable for lost shipments due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.
Delivery disputes require official carrier documentation.
