Refund and Return Policy – Goldener Wahl

1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers Only)

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase contract within 14 days of receiving your order without providing any reason.

Refund Process Under Withdrawal:

• We will refund all payments received, including the cheapest standard delivery option available at checkout.
• If you selected an expedited or premium shipping method, the difference between that cost and our standard shipping rate will be deducted from your refund.
• Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice.
• We will use the same payment method used for the initial transaction.
• Return shipping costs for EU withdrawal returns are the sole responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrives defective or incorrectly sent.

2. General 30-Day Free Return Policy (Voluntary)

In addition to your statutory rights, Goldener Wahl offers a voluntary 30-day free return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery at no cost to you.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Items must be unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in original packaging.
• For EU withdrawal rights, “unused” means you may open the packaging for inspection as you would in a physical store. Minor opening of packaging does not void your right of withdrawal.
• A valid receipt or proof of purchase is strictly required.
• Refunds cannot be issued for items currently in transit.

Restocking Fee:

Goldener Wahl does not charge any restocking fees. Your refund will equal the full purchase price (minus any expedited shipping upgrade, as noted in Section 1).

3. Return Shipping Costs (Exact Disclosure)

No deduction will be made from your refund for return shipping in any scenario where Goldener Wahl is responsible.

4. Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Customized or tailor-made products once production has commenced.
• Products intentionally or accidentally damaged by the customer.
• Items returned without original tags or proof of purchase.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Report any defective, damaged, or incorrect items within 14 days of receipt to info@goldenerwahl.com with photo/video evidence. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund (including original shipping costs) at your choice.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before shipment. Once a tracking number is assigned, cancellation is no longer possible.

7. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund after we issue it.

8. Shipping Liabilities

Goldener Wahl is not liable for lost shipments due to incorrect address details provided by the customer. Delivery disputes require official carrier documentation.
